Q. How soon will my order be delivered?
A. Please expect 5-8 business days for orders to be delivered. Feel free to reach out our customer support team at: support@wearklani.com if your order is taking longer than expected! We are not responsible for shipping delays once packages are in the hands of the shipping carrier. We will replace lost or damaged packages!
Q. What is the difference between the sizes?
A. Medium is the size of a normal hair elastic. It will fit wrists between 5-6 1/2" around. Small is better for young kids and small teens. Small fits wrists under 5" in diameter. Large will fit wrists over 6 1/2". Reach out with any additional questions!
Q. What if one of my hair tie bracelets, necklaces or charms breaks?
A. If any of your hair tie bracelets, necklaces or charms break within 30 days, please email us a picture at: support@wearklani.com & we will send you a replacement ASAP!
Q. What if I lose my ball marker?
A. We have revamped our ball markers to have stronger magnets! If you lost one of our old ball markers (orders placed before May 1st), we will replace that product with the new & updated product! Unless there is a proven defect, we are not responsible for lost ball markers if it our updated product. Curious if you qualify for a replacement? Email us at support@wearklani.com with a photo of the bracelet (underside of the ball marker) & we can let you know.
