Returns & Exchanges

A purchase can be returned within 30 days of its purchase date for a full refund. To process the return, the item must be returned with the original packaging intact & in new condition. Please include a note saying you would like a refund with your order number in the package. 

If you need to exchange a product for a different style or size, please send the item(s) back to us & leave a note in the package detailing what you would like to exchange! For exchanges, we understand if the product is no longer in the packaging.

We do not provide return labels for returns or exchanges, we will cover expenses to ship product back to you! We will cover return shipping if you received an incorrect product, or if the product was damaged or defective.

Refunds are usually issued within 3-5 days of receipt of the return package. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to show up in your account. Exchanges will be sent back once the original item(s) is received & processed by our team.
